Debbie believes real estate should be personal, built on trust, and centered around putting people first. Her approach is simple: listen carefully, communicate clearly, and provide the guidance and information clients need to make confident decisions. Whether buying, selling, building, or searching for the right piece of land, she wants every client to feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for throughout the process.
Born and raised in California, Debbie lived in several places before eventually making her way to Florida’s beautiful Emerald Coast. After marrying her husband, a retired military service member, they made the decision to put down roots here. Of all the places she has lived, there is something special about Northwest Florida. It isn’t simply where she lives, it’s the place she proudly calls home.
Before beginning her career in real estate, Debbie spent more than 30 years in the construction industry, giving her a perspective on homes and property that continues to serve her clients today. She later transitioned into government contracting, where her responsibilities included coordinating employee access to sensitive and restricted areas and managing general base access at locations throughout the Southeast.
That career demanded attention to detail, accountability, professionalism, accuracy, problem-solving, and an enormous amount of trust, all qualities she now brings to real estate. Clients can expect someone who is hardworking, dependable, responsive, and willing to do the research. Debbie believes in asking questions, paying attention to the details, and following through. And when she doesn’t immediately know the answer, she isn’t afraid to say so. She’ll find the right person, ask the right questions, and do the work necessary to get it.
More than anything, she believes relationships matter. A client should never feel like just another transaction. Her goal is to be an advocate, a resource, and someone clients know they can count on, not only through closing, but long after.
Outside of real estate, family is at the center of life. Debbie and her husband especially enjoy spending time with their granddaughters, and home life stays entertaining thanks to their dogs and chickens. They also share a love of estate sales, antiques, and the thrill of finding something unique with a story behind it.
And there’s another side to her that people may not expect. A self-described tomboy growing up, Debbie rode horses and dirt bikes, danced for many years, and developed a lifelong love of fast cars. That adventurous spirit is still very much a part of who she is today.
At the heart of everything, personally and professionally—is a belief in treating people with honesty, kindness, respect, and genuine care.
